The chef offers you to discover his cuisine through a menu composed of an appetizer, a first dish, a main dish,
a dessert and some mignardises depending on his inspiration and the seasonal products of our producers.

DEGUSTATION MENU :

Vila Camélia offers you a degustation menu only available on advance request and by whole table. The degustation menu is the cuisine reflect of chef Enrico Lestuzzi, enhanced by exceptionals products selected to create his menus.
The menu is composed of 7 moments and changes with the seasons.

Chef Enrico Lestuzzi expresses his passion on a daily basis by drawing inspiration from seasonal products.

His menu is in perpetual motion : every week, new recipes based on new products are made for the sole purpose of making you discover the diversity of our cuisine. The menus are guided by market returns, the weather, and everything nature has to offer.

 Respectful of the product, frank and subtle, Enrico’s cuisine is about sharing emotions.
