Chef Enrico Lestuzzi expresses his passion on a daily basis by drawing inspiration from seasonal products.

He offers a menu in perpetual motion, each week, new recipes based on new products are made for the sole purpose of making you discover the richness of our region. The menus are guided by market returns, the weather, and everything nature has to offer.

 Respectful of the product, frank and subtle, Enrico’s cuisine is about sharing emotions.
